From the confirmed stuff, I'm eager to see Pikmin 3, I'm not so excited to see New Super Mario Bros. Wii U/3DS games, though...
As for the unconfirmed things, I'm hoping, that rumors about Eternal Darkness II will come true. Also it would be nice to finally see what Retro Studious is cooking for us.

AND most importantly, meybe we'll see new Zelda for the 3DS in some form? I know it's unlikely, but since Mr. Iwata said they have some unannounced 3DS 1st party software for this fiscal year, we can't exclude the possibility, right?
